President: Steven Parker

Steven Parker, a long time real estate and mortgage executive, was named President of FirstService Residential in December 2011. FirstService Residential is the largest property management company in Nevada. Steven was previously the President of Red Rock Financial Services, a leading collection agency for community associations. During his tenure at Red Rock, he led a national expansion effort that resulted in Red Rock becoming the nations largest supplier of association collection services. Steven has previous experience as the Chief Operating Officer of Silver State Mortgage in Las Vegas and brings a diverse and experienced background to FirstService Residential. He is a graduate from Brigham Young University with a degree in psychology with an emphasis in both business and organizational behavior. 

 




Vice President of Legislation: Alisa Vyenielo

 Ms. Vyenielo has in excess of 35 years of expertise in the real estate management industry. Alisa is the President of RPMG and has earned the AMS® and CMCA® designations from the Communities Association Institute (CAI) and has attended and successfully completed several Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute (CCIM) classes. Ms. Vyenielo is also a Licensed Nevada Real Estate Broker, holds a Property Management Permit, and is a Supervising CAM.

 Ms. Vyenielo served as President of the Northern Nevada Apartment Association (NNAA) as well as co-chair of the Nevada State Apartment Association. She also served as President of the Nevada Communities Association Institute (CAI) and served on several committees, including the legislative action committee. Alisa has made Nevada her home for more than 40 years.

Vice President of Programs: Tony Ledvina

Tony Ledvina is the Nevada Division President for CCMC, a founding member of CAMEO. Since 1973, CCMC has been serving the nation's most successful master-planned communities. Tony joined CCMC in 2000 as a Community Manager for Estrella, a 20,000-acre master planned community in Goodyear, AZ. After a series of internal promotions, he was named Division President in 2007. Since 2010, he has provided executive leadership and consultation to CCMC clients in Nevada and southern Utah. He has more than three decades of industry experience and has earned his
S-CAM, AMS, and CMCA designations from CAI, Nevada.


Treasurer: Kevin Ruth

Kevin Ruth, Supervisory Community Manager, started Thoroughbred Management Company in 1997; the company has twice been named Management Company of the Year by CAI. Kevin feels the single most important aspect in dealing with HOAs is not only being professional and personable but promoting reasonableness. As one of the charter members of CAMEO, Kevin sited that the cooperative relationship between other member management companies throughout the history of the organization brings strength in identifying and resolving problems, “I’m a big believer in companies and organizations identifying their core values, and developing goals that align with those values. CAMEO is committed to helping management companies, obtain and train qualified employees and identifying good BMPs (Best Management Practices). CAMEO also provides the method for reaching consensus on legislation and regulation affects our business operations, all created and executed in an atmosphere of reasonableness.” 




Secretary: Randy Watkins 

Randy Watkins serves as CAMCO’s CEO providing leadership and direction for the day to day operation of the company and its client base.
He brings three decades of executive management experience to CAMCO, including the last 16 years in the community management industry.
Randy’s career, after service in the U.S. Navy, includes management roles as Computer Operations Manager for the Howard Johnson Company; VP of IT for Sambo’s Restaurants; VP and Controller of Allstar Inns; General Manager of Leisure Village Association, Vice President of the Del Webb Community Management Company and recently as Vice President of PCM of NV.

Committed to his industry, Randy holds several national certifications in community management, including the prestigious PCAM certification. He's heavily involved in the Nevada Chapter of CAI and occasionally teaches the financial section for the Chapter's DCAL program. Active in the Nevada legislative process, Randy was appointed in 2008 by the Governor to the Commission on Common-Interest Communities and Condominium Hotels as the Developer Representative where he served as Vice-Chair and most recently Chairman until his term ended in 2014. He's also a member of Southern Nevada Homebuilders organization and CAMEO which is a professional organization for Community Management Executives.



Lobbyist and Public Advisor: Bryan Gresh
For 15 years, Bryan was an award winning investigative reporter/anchor for a number of television stations around the country. In 1987, Bryan went to work in Las Vegas, where he spent five years with the CBS affiliate, KLAS-TV, Channel 8. While at KLAS, Bryan received local and regional awards recognizing his writing skills and investigative abilities.

After a successful television career, Bryan set his sights on the challenges in the political arena with the formation of The Gresh Group Inc. in 1991. Early Nevada campaign involvement included successful campaigns for several Southern Nevada Assemblymen, two Nevada State Senators and a U.S. Congressional Representative.

In 1994, The Gresh Group expanded to include Government Affairs representation. As the company has evolved, government affairs has become the cornerstone of The Gresh Group. Beginning with the 1995 session, Bryan successfully represented several clients before the Nevada State Legislature in Carson City. Over the years, his client base grew to include diverse business interests such as DIRECTV and Hewlett-Packard. Public sector clients include the Regional Transportation Commission of Sothern Nevada and the Southern Nevada Health District. Touro University and the University of Southern Nevada are clients in the higher education arena.

Bryan’s media consulting expertise provides elected officials, including numerous Nevada State Senators, Assembly members, local government electeds, as well as local business leaders, with the tools they need to deal effectively with the media. During the summer of 1996, Bryan was retained by Dole/Kemp ’96 to coordinate Senator Bob Dole’s presidential campaign in southern Nevada. His background as a television anchorman enables Bryan to offer his clients media credibility and an extensive network of contacts. 

Bryan is a member of the Nevada Broadcasting Hall of Fame and served two terms as a Foundation Board Member of the prestigious Desert Research Institute.


CAMEO Executive Director:  Keri Hawkins

Keri Hawkins is the founder and owner of Majestic Business Services, LLC and Majestic Pools, LLC. Keri opened MBS, LLC during the recession of 2008 to help fill the need for small construction companies that could no longer afford full time employees. She parlayed this into non-profit and not-for-profit organizations where she currently provides business consulting, management, accounting, administrative, educational training, event and project coordination/hosting, and issue advocating services. Some of her current and former clients include the Community Association Management Executive Officers, Inc., the Nevada International Women’s Forum, the CASA Foundation, the Institute of Real Estate Management, a multi-million dollar art district project, a philanthropic advisory group and several local general contractors. 

Keri served as the National Director for the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC) where she oversaw Nevada, Hawaii and California. She was also a Trustee on the NAWIC Education Foundation and serves as a member of the World Affairs Council of Las Vegas. She teaches on various topics relating to women in nontraditional fields and professional development locally, regionally, and nationally. 

Keri has been recognized and honored by former US Senator John Ensign, Former Congresswoman Shelley Berkley, and former Nevada Governor Jim Gibbons.  In addition she has received the Governor’s Tourism Development Award and most recently nominated as a 2014 Distinguished Women of Nevada. She generously donates her time and money to numerous local charitable organizations and has received a number of awards for her service to the Las Vegas community.
